At CryoGo Mobile, your satisfaction is our priority. Because our services are personalized and time based, we’ve crafted a clear, fair policy to honor your investment and our team's time.

Service Refunds
• All service packages and sessions are non-refundable once the first session has been delivered. Unless under special circumstances

• If you need to cancel your package before it begins, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase.
• After 72 hours but before the first appointment, cancellations will incur a 15% administrative fee.

Unused Sessions
• If you’re unable to complete your package due to medical or personal reasons, you may transfer remaining sessions to a friend or family member (upon request and approval). 

Special circumstances grant remaining refund if sessions have already began.

• Packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Missed Appointments
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a session loss.
• No-shows or late cancellations will result in the session being marked as used.

Retail Items
• Products may be returned unused and unopened within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Opened or used products are non-refundable unless defective.
